As we are family run we therefore, are very flexible to the needs of our clients. We understand that the needs of our clients are all different. We work closely with our families at the start of the business relationship to ensure we gain an in-depth understanding of what our clients want; what sort of person they are looking for and what sort of tasks the need help with; be it helping raise the children or looking after the family household. We work on all different types of contracts. From clients who need a long term permanent, full time member of staff to clients who just need someone short term to help them during an extremely busy or difficult time in their lives (when a friendly, helping hand gets them through the maze).
