Compliments

A record will be kept of any compliments we receive about staff whether they be verbal or written.  Compliments will be passed on to the staff member at the earliest opportunity.  We enjoy receiving compliments as this helps motivate our staff and enables us to understand the areas we excel in so that we can continue.

Where possible, a record will be kept on file.
